The Kilkenny Moderator, a mainly Protestant and Unionist newspaper that ceased publication just before the establishment of the Irish Free State.
When first published by the Editor Mr John G.A. Prim the newspaper was known as the Moderator. The name of the newspaper changed to the Kilkenny Moderator in September 1822-1919 and reverted to Moderator 1920-August 1925. The Kilkenny Moderator was mainly a Protestant and Unionist newspaper that ceased publication just before the establishment of the Irish Free State.
